So here we are.
I am starting out at 328. I sometimes feel like I have the energy like I did in high school, but I don't. I, like many people, have started and stopped, for various reason. I can't anymore. I'm tired of just being tired. I made a decision to join our school's running club after school, so I no longer have any excuses about running.
They say you get that runner's high once you get going, and at first, I thought it was a joke. But its true. For someone who hates to run, I actually love running. It gets me outside, fresh air, and it just is relaxing. Granted it is also tiring with the actual running, but that's just because I know my body isn't used to it and it will take time.
