How I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks

Just a bit of an update from my last post. I recently talked about the Keto diet. Like any change in lifestyle, you find some bumps in the road. Also, like every diet, the results will very from person to person. Just keep that in mind. I am on week three of the diet, and while I have yet to start a workout routine, I have still been somewhat aware of what I am putting in my body. Don’t get me wrong, I love eating out, but now I am more aware of my choices.

Now, by changing my diet, I had lost 10 pounds just the first week, and then another 10 the following week. Now, I will say I have been kind of stagnant this week, but I have had more energy to do more stuff around the house.

I hope that you at least try it, and you will see a difference. If not, find something that will work for you, especially if you are trying to lose those extra pounds.
